    <desc>The Appraisal Doctor is native born to Los Angeles where he grew up and went to school.  He was an All-City end at Hollywood High School and all Western-League Center Fielder in Baseball.
The Doctor attended California Western-University in San Diego, majored in English and received his teaching credential.
He volunteered for the Peace Corps and was assigned to Ethiopia where he taught in Teacher Training Institutions and Supervised Student Teachers.
Later the Doctor returned to the States after extensive travel throughout Africa, Middle East and Europe, where he worked in the business community in many capacities as an Accounting Office Manager, Marketing Manager and Art Director.
After a short stint finding his way in the work force, Bruce decided to further his education by attending UCLA graduate School of Business.
Bruce has volunteered in AYSO both coaching for 11 years and serving as a referee as well.
Also served a Neighborhood Association President.
The Appraisal Doctor continues to live in Los Angeles and serve as his Neighborhood Association President.
He has been happily married for 23 years and has one daughter who is currently attending college.</desc>
