We apply thorough research employing all of the latest search engines for each specific geographic area in all of Southern California. These including the local Multiple Listing Services, Title Companies and their data as well as the recent development of data collection services which offer dynamic tools to help locate homes and properties similar to the one for which we have been contracted.

The key to any good appraiser is finding the properties most similar in as many of the key factors such as gross living area (gla), site area, condition, style, room count and other similar features such as a fireplace, pool, spa, enclosed patio, guest house, materials used and other amenities that would differentiate the subject from the many possible comparables.  We research all properties with special care to insure that each property, for which we are contracted, is compared to one that is as close in model similarities as possible.  That’s our trademark and it pays off in a much more accurate estimate of real estate value.
